Altura Learning Appoints Dr Roshmeen Azam as General Manager of Learning




Altura Learning has today announced the appointment of Dr Roshmeen Azam as General Manager of Learning.


In this role, Roshmeen will lead the company's efforts in providing clinical leadership for national and internationally distributed learning resources, a crucial aspect of Altura Learning's expansion strategy.

Roshmeen will be responsible for maintaining clinical standards in residential care and home care courses, curating leading practice content, and driving the development of new non-accredited learning products across all territories. She will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and play a key role in driving the company’s growth.

In her new role, Roshmeen will:

  • Lead and mentor the team of Nurse Educators
  • Represent Altura Learning in the industry, gathering insights and identifying production opportunities
  • Support commercial production through expertise in client meetings and tender submissions
  • Drive continuous improvement in education team procedures and processes
