Open Disclosure
Course Description
Open disclosure is the process of having an open, honest, and respectful conversation with a consumer (client, resident or their family/whanau) when something goes wrong in their care that has caused harm or had the potential to cause harm.
This course will assist you in understanding the key concepts under pinning open disclosure and when to have these conversations.
This module will delve into the regulatory requirements for Open Disclosure.
This module will take up to 15 minutes to complete.
