Promoting Good Mental Health for the Older Person
Course Description
There are a number of mental health challenges that older people may experience. This course discusses the impact of poor mental health on quality of life and explores strategies to support the mental health of older people, such as sleep, nutrition, staying active, staying connected and engaging in meaningful activities.
