Maximum flexibility: our content works for your staff, training needs and budget
You may choose to deliver some content in a face to face session
This is useful to:
- ensure learners really understand the content
- contextualise the course content with our organisation’s policies and procedures
- support learners with low literacy levels and/or who are culturally or linguistically diverse
Don’t forget you can pause our videos at any time and ask reflective questions to ascertain your learner’s understanding of the content or to contextualise it to your organisation.
Our courses include Coordinator resources to support face to face sessions.
These include:
Printable PDF version of our assessments
These assessments can be printed out and then you can support your staff to complete them if they require assistance.
A case scenario
Present the case scenario to staff in a face to face session and have them apply the knowledge they have gained from the video drawing on the collaborative aspect of learning through discussion with peers.
You can also take the opportunity to contextualise the content of the case scenario to your organisation’s policies and procedures.
This is available with all courses released since April 2018.
Engaging content
Learning games incorporated into the beginning of an education session can help you to break barriers and make your staff feel more at ease. Playing in a group format can create competition that motivates and engerises learners.
You can also use the game as a way of reviewing content in a non-threatening manner and further embed the key messages by allowing learners to actively construct the knowledge in their own mind.
