Free Workforce Planning Tool now available

The Aged Care Workforce Industry Council (ACWIC) has developed an interactive online resource to assist the aged care sector with workforce planning. The tool is available at no cost via the ACWIC website. The tool helps workforce activity planners to better understand workforce planning, adopt proactive workforce planning practices, and sustain the practice over the long term. It’s suitable for small to medium aged care providers across residential and community care settings.
The tool has been co-designed with and for the aged care sector. It is confidential, easy to use, and will fit with the daily demands of those responsible for workforce planning.

For a live demonstration and to learn more about the tool, you can join an online Lunch and Learn session run by ACWIC.
