Recently, Bridge has unveiled exciting new features that significantly enhance the bundled learning experience. This innovative addition is designed to streamline and enrich the way learning modules are packaged and delivered, offering users a more cohesive and engaging educational journey.
In this article, we delve into the key highlights of this feature, exploring how it stands to transform the learning landscape for both educators and learners alike.
Bridge Programs
Programs are a convenient way to send out multiple learning modules. They are often used for induction training and scheduled compliance learning. In July 2024 Bridge incorporated re-enrollment functionality into the program module.
How it works: Re-enrolling a learner in 7 easy steps:
- go to Author→Programs
- Find and Open the program record
- Click on the learners tab
- Find the learner who needs to be re-enrolled
- On the far right of the learner enrollment record, click on three dots (please see image below)
- Select re-enroll. Confirm your selection
- The learner is now re-enrolled onto the program
Eligibility
In order to re-enroll, the learner must first have completed all units in the program. Otherwise the re-enroll menu will be hidden from view.
Reporting
Once a learner is re-enrolled, their previous completion becomes inactive, and the current record will become active. Knowing all of this becomes essential for reports. The dashboard report hides the older (inactive) records by default. If you want a complete historical list of learning for each year, then an extra step is needed. To unhide these records, one must open the “inactive” filter and show the inactive Enrollments (please see below).
Group Re-enrollment
In October the program module will be further enhanced to support re-enrollments for groups. This will close the loop, and will make the enhancement usable on a larger scale. With this next enhancement, Bridge will be giving learning administrators what they really need. An easier way to prepare for inspections.
